Preparatory Work:
I developed my ideas after looking at some other artists and took inspiration from them, I then mixed their styles to make my own one. I took the inspiration for the B&W, the blend modes, and the popped out colour from Christoffer Relander, I found some artists that fragmented their images and took the inspiration for that from them. In this project my skills in fragmenting the image have improved a lot, and my colour popping skills have improved as well. In this project I think I have done colour popping and fragmenting very well. I could improve my shape adding and my contrasting. I wish I could have done some different fragmenting shapes and styles.
Final Piece:
In my final piece I didn't use a lot of line, however I did use a lot of coloured shapes, and a variety of shapes as well. I used fragmenting to make the image interesting, and I used colour popping to focus the image. I think I used these quite well. I didn't really have a message that I was trying to convey. I am happy with my final piece, I really like the fragmenting that I did. If I could change anything I would change some colours on the fragments to make it look more interesting.

Portrait And Distortion Final Piece

Today in my final piece I took 2 images of myself and fractured them by copying and pasting parts of it and then moving them around. After copying and pasting about 50 times, I added a variety of blend modes to them. Then I did the same, but copied the parts to the white edge to add spikes. After this I flattened the image to then add the flowers and more colour. I then changed the opacity of the flowers and the blend modes.

Final Piece
Today in this piece I was trying to add more colour popping, some more shapes that have been fragmented, and some more blending.

Fragmentation
I like this because it looks like the face has been shattered into hexes and follows a colour scheme.
I like this because it's small and then it's big and then it's small.
This is the fragmented portrait that I made, I really like the shape of the fragments and the coloured shapes. I am really pleased with how this piece came out, if I could change anything that I did it would be the variety of shapes that are added in colour.
