Artist Research Keith Hubacek

Keith Hubacek uses text as his brushes and makes the images on the edges silhouettes. He changes the colour of the brush to make the sky and ground. The images closer to the middle are coloured and vibrant.

I like the way he uses the text as a brush and the different colours he uses. I also like how it looks quite urban.

Identity Project

In this project we will be exploring the concept of identity and how we can represent this photographically.

To start with we created a montage to show our identity.

Stitch Portrait

After this we used photo booth images to combine them together and make a stitch portrait.

Full Body Stitch

Then we did a full body stitch using blending and filters.

Selfie Homework

We then took 14 selfies over 14 days.

At home I made a selfie using Enlight.

I took the image using a canon 600d and then editing the image using a B&W filter from Enlight and adding the colour from Enlight's graffiti painting tool.

5 Objects that represent me.

The 5 objects I chose were my raspberry pi, an obsidian arrowhead, an amethyst rock, my bracelets and my glasses.
